The first chair I received was difficult to put together, as the bolts and holes didnt line up exactly, and I ended up returning it. ChairSupermarket customer services were very helpful in this.

I had almost no trouble putting together the replacement chair they sent to me, however I would not make the same choice twice.

The chair is marketed as an ergonomic chair, so I expected it would be great for sitting at my computer for many hours while working away. However, I get a ton of discomfort in my lower back when using this chair for a long time, and the discomfort is ongoing. Even after waking up and not feeling any discomfort, upon sitting in this chair it quickly resumes.

Spend your money on another chair, this one is cheap but not if you value your back!

    This is a really cool chair with the mesh back and really comfy seat, and is very adjustable to make it just right.
