I have been buying manager chairs for both office and home since 1982 - this is the best yet - fully adjustable to fit and extra padding for comfort all day. The leather finish is less sweaty and slippy than cheaper, shinier ones. Buy with glides, the castors are too good unless you need the mobility.

Purchased this chair after considering many options. From the picture i noticed just how much padding it seemed to have, with me being a bigger gentleman this was a must. Im really pleased overall with this order and the chair has peformed so much better than any other chairs ive used.
