If you sit with your back against the backrest you sit with good posture, I use this for 7-10 hours a day and my back is much more comfortable now since I got this chair. Its not a chair for lolling in, thats not its purpose. Excellent value for money.

Although it didnt look the most comfortable chair I must say I am surprised. I have a back problem (including a curved spine) and after just two days of use I find I sit in a more upright position rather than slouching which as it says is good for posture. Once over the initial doubts it really is not a bad buy. Abit more padding for the bottom would be nice though.

I bought this chair for private use and think it is amazing, so much so that I will order one for the office too. It really trains your abs and I like the fact that the intesity of the workout is adjustable.

My view of this chair is that the price is good, the seat comfort is ok.
However, the bad points are that the back rest is very hard and lacks comfort, this is not a chair you will want to spend a long time in or a chair to relax in. It is very heavy, I will be getting another office chair very soon to replace this.
